The generous sized adapted room in the property is accessed through the entrance lobby and has open plan access to a wet room with shower trolley.

The accommodation:

The gated driveway is wheelchair accessible, with space for up to 3 cars, and a ramp leading up to the front door.  All entrances in the ground floor are wheelchair accessible.

The downstairs of the property consists of a generous entrance lobby which leads to a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and WC. Entrance to the adapted room leads off from the lobby and if not in use, is locked.

Through the lobby is the large well-stocked kitchen with dining table, range cooker and woodburner,  dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Through the conservatory is a decking area with outdoor seating and a ramp down to the beautiful lawned, mature garden.  The house is in a beautiful quiet unmade road, and so is peaceful, quiet and perfect for relaxing.

A gas BBQ is available for guests to use, as well as a trampoline.

Leading off the kitchen to the hallway guests will find the comfortable and stylish lounge with sofas, large TV and woodburner.  Family books and games are available for use during your stay.

Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with walk in shower, as well as a snug with daybed (suitable for a carer to stay if needed)

Upstairs and off the generous landing is the master bedroom with superking bed, and two further bedrooms with kingsize bed and twin beds respectively. 

The bunk room is the perfect place for children - with 5 bespoke bunk (one with door for autistic children, or those needing privacy)

On this floor is another family bathroom with bath and large shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and storage.

The property has been fully refurbished to a very high standard, and offers a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Please note this property is strictly no dogs.

The location of this property is a comfortable 10 minute stroll to the beach, and the same to the village centre.
