Sheringham is a historic seaside town, and a favourite for holiday makers all year round. It is full of traditional charm, fabulous seafood and fish and chips, but also an ever growing and exciting independent food and drink scene.
Many of our guests come to Sheringham for the many local events including the hugely popular 1940's weekend, the Sheringham Viking festival and the Sheringham Carnival.
The Burrow is a converted Victorian terrace with two double bedrooms, designated off street parking in a safe residential location just minutes from the beach and town centre.
The Accommodation
This newly refurbished apartment is over two floors, family and dog friendly, with large shower, dining table and fully fitted kitchen.
The space is light, bright and uncluttered, set in a quiet residential street only a short walk away from both the beach and the town centre.
Chic decorative touches, local artwork, comfortable double beds and corner sofa make the the perfect base for exploring the Jurassic Coastline.
As you walk into the light hallway, the original features we unearthed are already evident through the parquet flooring and stripped handrail.
On the first floor is the fitted kitchen, with oven, electric 4 ring hob, smeg fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. We provide all the kitchen equipment you will need to make family meals.
Along the hallway is a WC and shower room, with large shower and sink. We provide a basket of toiletries to use during your stay as well as towels and hand towels.
The lounge has a large L shape sofa with space for all the family, a wall mounted smart TV with DVD player and Netflix log in. Our family DVDs, games and books will help you have a lazy day relaxing.
The dining table comfortably sits 4, and can be extended for larger meals.
Up to the second floor are the bedrooms with comfortable double beds and room for a travel cot. The master bedroom has a small smart TV with DVD player. There is space to hang and fold clothes, and store your luggage.
We have fitted safety locks to windows, permanent fold away stair gates, and can provide high chair, child friendly crockery and cutlery, travel cot and black out blind to help you travel light.
The comprehensive welcome book contains lots of local information including great places to eat (including our dog friendly favourites), local walks with maps and places to go. We have also contained details about the renovation of the property.
